JCPA 2020 Virtual Benefit

Powering the Network: JCPA’s Virtual Benefit

JCPA is the organized Jewish community’s primary convener and consensus-builder, community relations powerhouse, and policy advocate.

JCPA works in support of the Jewish community, advocates for our country’s most vulnerable persons, combats rising antisemitism, hate, and bigotry, ensures a vital and strong democracy, leads the Jewish community to the table as a key player in the response to racism, and raises a strong voice to promote Israel’s efforts for peace.

Today’s fractious environment sees JCPA and its grassroots/national network ever more vibrant, dynamic, and crucial. We know that when our community comes together, we make a significant impact. Jewish unity is essential, so that we can continue to work toward our vision of a just and pluralistic America.

Please join us as for this special Benefit to support our work. The challenges remain many going forward.

The Benefit will review the work and impact of the Jewish community during COVID-19 helping the Jewish community and most vulnerable. It will demonstrate the importance of the community relations field highlighting the response to the Tree of Life Synagogue response in Pittsburgh as a case study and discussing Jewish engagement in today’s reenergized civil rights movement.

JCPA’s ability to continue its work to help the most vulnerable, combat Antisemitism and hate, and create trusted partnerships with other diverse groups requires adequate resources and financial support from our many friends.

JCPA is a network of 125 Jewish Community Relations Councils and 16 national Jewish agencies and is the only body that represents all four denominations of religious Judaism. JCPA’s convenes its network to grapple with pressing issues of the day, build consensus, and work in common cause with other racial, ethnic, faith and civic leaders. Together, we and our network advocate for a just and pluralistic society, and support Israel’s quest for peace and security, promote global human rights.
